Shamber Grapefruit
شمبر
Shamber is Pakistan's grapefruit: large, heavy, with pink to rose flesh and the characteristic bitter edge that either wins you over or doesn't. It is the breakfast citrus — halved and spooned, or juiced with a little salt as it is drunk across Punjab. It also holds longer after picking than any other citrus we carry.
