Kinnow
کینو
Kinnow is a mandarin hybrid that found its perfect home in the Sargodha–Bhalwal belt, and Pakistan is now the largest producer on earth. A good one is heavy for its size, thin-skinned and glossy, with deep orange flesh and a sharpness sitting behind the sweetness. It carries seeds — that is normal for the variety and not a defect — and it juices better than anything else in the citrus basket.
