Muzawati comes off the Panjgur oases late in the season, after the Khairpur and Turbat crops are already moving. The fruit is dark and dense with a flavour that leans more molasses than caramel and reads noticeably less sugary than Begum Jangi. It is the connoisseur's date of the Balochistan crop and quantities are always modest.
