Santa Rosa Plum
سانتا روزا
Santa Rosa is the aloo bukhara most widely grown in Swat and Murree. The skin is a dusty red-purple, the flesh amber-gold, and the signature is the contrast: tart right at the skin, then sweet through the middle. Eat it skin and all — peeling it removes the exact thing that makes it interesting.
