Florida King is the peach most people picture: large, round, heavily red-blushed, with juicy yellow flesh that runs down your wrist. It arrives in the heart of the season and makes up the bulk of what we move through June and July. Fully ripe it bruises if you breathe on it, so it is picked a shade firm and finishes ripening at your house.
