Amri
امری
Amri is the apple Balochistan households store for winter. Green with a red flush, noticeably tart, and firm enough that it keeps for months in a cool room without going mealy. If you want a sweet eating apple this is the wrong one; if you want something that holds its structure in a cooked dish or lasts until the new year, this is the one.
